Helping enterprising families align wealth and purpose
Wealth can be a powerful force for good
Yet it can also create complexity, tension and uncertainty. I help families and their advisers navigate this landscape with clarity and confidence, so that structures, decisions and relationships all serve the family’s long-term wellbeing.
WHAT I DO
Through my consultancy, I work with enterprising families to design and refine their governance frameworks, succession plans, family offices and philanthropy strategies. The goal is always the same: to help wealth do what it was meant to do — support the people it touches and the world around them.
Experience that bridges disciplines – and generations
Over more than twenty years in law, wealth management and family office services, I’ve advised families, entrepreneurs and trustees across the UK and internationally. My experience includes roles at Allen & Overy, Barclays Wealth, Salamanca Group and KPMG, and I now bring that breadth together with a human-centred, purpose-driven approach.
Some families come to me seeking clarity on how to organise themselves effectively; others want to reconnect with the “why” behind their wealth, explore their philanthropic path, or engage the next generation. Whatever the starting point, my work creates space for honest conversation, shared understanding and confident stewardship.
A collaborative, inclusive approach
I believe the best outcomes come from collaboration — working alongside legal, tax and investment advisers to ensure everything fits together coherently.
If you want to help your family live well with wealth — using it to strengthen relationships, express your values and make a positive difference — I’d be delighted to explore how we can work together.
